Sourcing from China, with someone watching the factory
We find the right factory in China for your product, check it properly before you commit, and follow your order until it ships. You choose the factory, and you pay it directly.
What you get
- A shortlist of factories for your product, each one put through our factory checks before you see it.
- Samples and terms. We arrange samples, compare them with you, and negotiate price and terms with the factory you choose.
- Production followed through to shipping, with an inspection before you pay the balance if you want one.
- UK and EU rules checked. Certificates, labels and documents are checked before the goods leave China. What we check.
- Shipping and customs arranged through licensed freight forwarders and customs brokers.
How an order runs
The same five steps every time, so you always know where your order is and who is looking after it.
- Your brief. Product, specifications, quantities, target price, deadline and the markets you sell in.
- Factories found and checked. A shortlist, each factory checked against every item in our factory check.
- Samples and terms. We arrange samples and negotiate price and terms with the factory you choose.
- Production and inspection. We follow production and can inspect the goods before you pay the balance.
- Shipped and compliant. Labels and documents are checked against UK and EU rules, then the goods are shipped by licensed partners.
Money, samples and minimums
You pay the factory directly. We don't hold your money or your goods.
There's no minimum order from us. Factories set their own minimum order quantities, and we find out what they are before you commit.
You pay for samples. Where the factory agrees, the cost of the samples is credited against your first order.
We can quote and invoice in pounds, euros, US dollars or Chinese yuan. One-off projects are paid half upfront and half on delivery; ongoing support is paid monthly in advance.

From early 2027 we're based in Guangzhou, in the Pearl River Delta, within reach of the factory towns for:
- Shenzhen: consumer electronics and energy storage
- Dongguan: electronics manufacturing
- Zhongshan: lighting, around Guzhen
- Foshan: furniture and home
- Guangzhou: our base, and home of the Canton Fair
